Last weekends rainy camp out at Yara Creek! ⛰️🏕️🐶

It’s funny how excited I always am to go camping and then I get there and struggle with the concept of doing nothing (which was exaggerated because it was raining most of the day!)

Our world is so fast pace, always on the go, it’s easy to become numb to it and not notice the impact it has on our nervous system, adrenals, THYROID, Digestion etc.

Check in with yourself this weekend, is it difficult to “do nothing?”

As you go into a new week… are you go, go, go until the next weekend?

How can we bring balance into our lives to support our person?
