Join us for a deeply nourishing Spirit, Breath & Sound experience designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself.

This 2-hour workshop weaves together:
• Gentle yoga to soften the body and calm the nervous system
• Conscious breathing to support release, clarity, and deep relaxation
• A meditative sound bath with crystal bowls, gongs, rainsticks, and more
• Grounding essential oils to help you leave feeling balanced and restored

Whether you’re feeling stressed, stretched thin, or simply craving intentional self-care, this is a beautiful way to reset and realign.

The workshop will be a gentle, nervous-system-aware offering including breathwork, toning, simple connection practices, yin-style rest, and optional, consent-based touch. It’s tantra-inspired and kundalini-informed, but grounded, sweet, and accessible. Open to individuals and couples.
