Back pain shows up a lot this time of year—and yard work is usually the reason.
Raking, lifting, digging, hauling, and long hours bent over can overload the low back and tighten everything from your hips to your fascia. It adds up quickly, especially if your body isn’t used to it yet.
Acupuncture helps regulate the nervous system, reduce inflammation, and release muscle tension so your body can move properly again. I often combine this with targeted movement and simple mobility work to keep things from flaring back up.
If your back is starting to feel it, don’t wait until it fully locks up. It’s much easier to treat early than after weeks of pushing through pain.
