You are invited to join me in this 8-week online circle to explore the power of vulnerability, authentic expression and belonging. Useful for everyone on their own healing journey or others working with anyone on a path of recovery from complex trauma. Closed group of 8 participants.

In this Series, we will:
- Learn how to create safe space in working with C-PTSD
- Explore Earth Based Connection and Healing Practices
- Enhance Self-Awareness and Core Capacities
- Re-claim our Capacity for Increased Authenticity and Connection with self and Other
- Cultivate practical skills to attune to your physical, mental, spiritual and emotional well-being
- Join a supportive community toward embodied health and heartfelt connections.
