⭐ At FITBOX CROSSTRAINING, your health and fitness is our TOP priority.
📢 We wanted to give you a quick update on what you can expect as you come in for your first workouts, so that you feel as comfortable as possible.📢
👉 For your health and safety, we’ve updated our policies in the wake of the pandemic:
✅ No street shoes in the facility. Please change at the front door, to avoid tracking in germs.
✅ We ask that everyone wash their hands before & after their workouts.
✅ All equipment will be wiped down after use. We’ve placed disinfecting stations around the studio, along with hand sanitizer.
✅ You’ll also notice that we will have you set up in accordance with physical distancing guidelines.
✅ Beyond disinfecting after use, our staff will be disinfecting benches and equipment at regular intervals throughout the day, as well as a deep cleaning at night.
✅ We’ve taken steps to make sure our space is as ventilated as possible.
✅ We’re also asking that until we receive additional info from the government about physical distancing, that people avoid congregating in groups within the studio before/after class.
👍 💪You’ll still be getting the same great, fun workouts – with minor changes so you don’t have to share equipment.
We are SO excited to get back into the studio. If you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to ask!

Hello Everyone!!

Missing you all sooo much! Thinking of you all as we navigate this new way of life. I hope you are all staying healthy and safe. I have recorded the Viva sequence for anyone who may be missing it ❤️ Its shortened a little bit so for the full 60 minutes, start with 10 minutes of meditation or pranayama and then start the video. I am hoping to record a meditation tomorrow as well 🙏

We are so excited to now be offering Hot yoga, yoga and Buti yoga to Fitbox!

We have free yoga classes Feb 1-8. Bring a friend! You can register for any of the classes online .trib.com (only the school board series is not part of the free week)

You should have received 2 emails, one from Fitbox explaining how to download the triib app as well as new updates and a welcome email from triib as I created your profiles and attached any leftover punch passes or memberships, also in this email is a password that you use once you download the app to sign into classes. You can create a new password. Please check your junk mail as well as sometimes in mass mail outs it goes there.
