Dr. Battista graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College with Honours as a Doctor of Chiropractic. She is trained in Diversified Chiropractic Technique, Myofascial Release Therapy, Graston Technique, Kinesiotaping, KST, and she has a special interest in nerve pathology and pre & post-surgical rehabilitation. She believes that Chiropractic care, which restores proper function to the joints, optimizes the nervous system and helps the body function at its best, from Head 2 Toe! In her spare time, she enjoys teaching people how to learn to love running and she enjoys spending time with her dog Flint... be it competing in Dog Agility, hiking, biking, kayaking, or just snuggling on the couch with him. Dr. Battista looks forward to helping people of all ages get moving and feeling better and she looks forward to sharing with the whole family, everything that compassion and Chiropractic care can do!
