Hasina's chosen field of alternative medicine was prompted through her diagnosis with Sickle Cell Anemia. Through firsthand experience, she has an appreciation, understanding, deep desire, and a commitment to share her holistic knowledge with others to help achieve long term wellness. In 2005 her private practice evolved out of that deep rooted desire. Hasina believes in continual education, there

fore devotes time to ongoing academic studies and seeking out practical experiences. Hasina's sphere of experience includes a vast range of natural health care knowledge. Among her most prominent are:

• holistic nutrition - nutritional symptomatology (how symptoms relates to nutrition), meal planning, customized health programs
• Reiki
• bioenergetic therapy for organ and food sensitivities
• aura scanning and analysis
• frequency therapy
• massage therapy (medical massage, rehabilitation massage, infant massage, hot stone massage, cupping, steam inhalation, and paraffin wax)

Each aforementioned modality on its own is beneficial. When combined, they form a foundation of understanding body-mind-soul connections for greater health. Throughout Hasina's years of hands-on holistic health care experience she has worked with many practitioners. Most notable were Naturopathic doctors, Homeopathic doctors, Nutritionists, and other alternative medicine professionals. These experiences provide invaluable insight and knowledge base. Hasina has been a guest speaker for various health talks and radio stations in Barrie, Brampton, North York, Scarborough, and Toronto. Her sphere of satisfied clients continues to increase.
