Cupping I am a long time resident of South Etobicoke and have been raising my two boys here as well. I started my career as a RMT 22 years ago and have since effortless moved to practice Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture and more Eastern style therapies. I have also trained in Brazilian Lymphatic Massage, which helps detoxify the body and Cosmetic Acupuncture, which is a natural way to help with the signs of aging AND balances the body too! I am happy to have moved my practice of 18 years from downtown Toronto to the neighborhood i love so much.

Alternative medicine always fascinated me. When I was 15-16 years old, I had so much social anxiety, all I did was read library books and learn things. Now I’ve made a career out of something I absolutely love and couldn’t be happier 💕

💫 From the age of 17 I knew what I wanted to do. I couldn’t stand stress.. seeing people full of tension and anxiety made me sad.

I didn’t want to feel that either. I knew I wanted a good work/ life balance and I literally now feel I just have a LIFE / LIFE balance because I love what I do so much. 🥰🥰🥰

Thank you to all my amazing clientele, and to my own body.. which tried to give up but I wouldn’t let it, instead I just added more knowledge and modalities and wisdom to heal more and heal better ❤️‍🩹
