It's been awhile since I've said hello 👋 so I thought I should pop on and re-introduce myself! I'm Amber, the Registered Massage Therapist behind the Kneaded Hand.
✳️My practice combines hands-on treatment with movement/body awareness. I love helping people discover how small things can create changes in comfort and function.
✳️I've been running my clinic in Halls Harbour for a little more than 4 years

Carpal Tunnel
⚡️ tingling, numbness, or ache in the thumb, index, middle + half ring finger (not the pinky).

🕵️Common clues
👉Night or early-morning numbness/tingling
👉Need to “shake out” the hand
👉Weaker pinch or clumsier grip (buttons, jars)
👉Worse with prolonged wrist bend, tight gripping, or mouse/phone time

💡Quick relief you can try
✅Keep wrists neutral (especially at night; a soft brace can help)
✅Micro-breaks every 30–45 min: open the hand, roll shoulders, change grip
