Choose the sky, not the storm..

💭 Not every thought needs to land.
The mind is a sky — let some clouds drift by unexamined.

Your mind creates weather ~ thoughts that drift, swirl, arrive, and dissolve.
Most of them are harmless passing shapes.
Some of them are old patterns… the familiar storm clouds that try to roll in again and again.

But even these are just thoughts.
They aren’t truth.
They aren’t you.

When you watch them instead of following them, the pattern breaks.
A negative loop can’t keep spinning when you no longer step into it.
Awareness is always bigger than the storm.

Your awareness is the sky.

Before creating anything, we sat together in a little cacao ceremony, letting our hearts soften and our energy settle. A moment to become present, connected, and open. A moment to breathe as one.

From that space, we’re beginning to co-create.
Ideas flowing, hands moving, inspiration weaving itself between us.
