The 'hot' in hot yoga allows for deep, safe stretching and promotes detoxification of the skin, blood and muscles through sweat. The prenatal Pilates series is back! A supportive 6-week Prenatal Pilates series designed to help you move, breathe, and connect with your changing body.

This series focuses on pregnancy-specific movement to:
✨Build core & pelvic floor strength
✨Improve posture & ease common discomforts
✨Support daily movement, prepare for labour & postpartum recovery
✨Connect with your changing body

All stages of pregnancy and all experience levels are welcome (with healthcare provider clearance). Modifications are offered week by week, and each session closes with a moment of relaxation, affirmation & grounding. You’ll also have space to connect with others on their unique
pregnancy journeys.
