Join Madeline of Jaya Wellness and Sarah of Holistic Healing by Sarah for a 75-minute evening of energetic alignment, nervous system restoration and gentle self-care.

Through the unique blend of Spinal Energetics and Sound Therapy, you’ll be guided into a state of gentle release - allowing tension, stored emotional energy and stress to unwind so energy can flow freely.

What to Expect :

🎵 Sound Healing & Guided Meditation : Sarah Tibbetts () will lead you through a grounding sound bath, helping your nervous system settle through breath, vibration and frequency.

🌊 Spinal Energetics : Madeline Hughes (.pei) will facilitate this somatic and energetic practice, supporting your body to release stored tension and emotional blockages along the spine.

Group sessions provide the added power of collective energy, encouraging deeper emotional processing, a insight and reflection. Sarah and Madeline will guide and support you through every step, making it accessible for all experience levels.

Curious to try Kundalini Yoga? Or keen to deepen your practice? Join Charlotte Gowdy for this 3-part workshop, delving into the basics of Kundalini Yoga - a practice to boost your radiance, power-up your nervous system and enhance your resilience in life!

Known as the “Yoga of Awareness”, Kundalini Yoga is an ancient technology of transformation, originating in North India. Through a blend of breathing techniques, dynamic movement, mediation and devotional mantra, we can awaken the Kundalini life-force energy lodged at the base of the spine, including deep inner peace, self-healing and an expanded, blissful state of consciousness.

In these workshops, explore the basic building blocks of Kundalini Yoga :

Pranayama : the alchemy of breath
Kriya : awareness in action
Mantra & Meditation : mastering the mind

All levels are welcome and beginners will be supported with modifications. Tea will be shared at the end of each session. Drop-in for 1 class or sign up for all 3! *these sessions will be unheated*

Hospice PEI’s 13th annual “Dancing with the Stars” is coming up on October 25th ✨ 9 local “stars” are paired with pro-dancers and will be sharing an unforgettable night of performances! Participating this year is our own MYC teacher, Samantha Sambrooke!

All of October Karma class donations will go towards fundraising efforts for Hospice PEI. These funds will allow the organization to continue offering grief support services and hospice programs to Islanders and their families after the loss of a loved one.

Help us in giving a warm welcome to Samantha Sambrooke, who will be joining the teaching team at MYC! You can find her teaching Heated Hatha on the following days in October :

Hatha Yoga is a traditional and relatively gentle yoga practice focusing on postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), relaxation and meditation to build strength, flexibility and balance for both body and mind. Suitable for all levels.

We're also SO excited to bring you a brand new offering ✨ Join Samantha on Sunday October 5th, 12th & 19th at 1:30 PM for 30 minutes of meditation. Explore some of the other components of the Yoga practice including breathing techniques and meditation.

There are many science-based benefits of meditation including, reducing stress, controlling anxiety, supporting emotional health, enhancing self-awareness, lengthening attention span, reducing age-related memory loss, generating kindness, helping with addiction, improving sleep, controlling pain, decreasing blood pressure and more.

Come experience the basics of breath, the many different ways to meditate, strategies for consistent practice, how all of this relates to your asana (posture) practice and more.

Each session will have its own focus - we can't wait to have you join us!

✨Join us at 7 AM on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays for a 45 minute workout. You can find Hot Barre and Hot Pilates in these morning slots 🔥 *The 6 AM morning class on Fridays will now be 45 minutes*

✨Pop-Up Modo Pilates with Christina R! Sunday October 5th, Sunday October 19th and Sunday October 26th all at 2 PM!

✨2 Pop-Up weekend Barre classes with Erin at 10:30 AM. Saturday October 4th & Saturday October 11th!
