The 'hot' in hot yoga allows for deep, safe stretching and promotes detoxification of the skin, blood and muscles through sweat. Classes are suitable for all levels of ability, even ABSOLUTE beginners with limited flexibility!

The prenatal Pilates series is back! A supportive 6-week Prenatal Pilates series designed to help you move, breathe, and connect with your changing body.

This series focuses on pregnancy-specific movement to:
✨Build core & pelvic floor strength
✨Improve posture & ease common discomforts
✨Support daily movement, prepare for labour & postpartum recovery
✨Connect with your changing body

All stages of pregnancy and all experience levels are welcome (with healthcare provider clearance). Modifications are offered week by week, and each session closes with a moment of relaxation, affirmation & grounding. You’ll also have space to connect with others on their unique
pregnancy journeys.

Join us for a 6-week Prenatal Pilates series starting February 7th. Each class is carefully crafted to help you build core and pelvic floor strength, improve posture, ease common discomforts, and cultivate a deeper connection with your changing body. The series focuses on pregnancy specific movement to support daily activities, labour preparation and postpartum recovery while honouring rest and nervous system regulation. Pre-registration is required. Sign up via our website or Modo Yoga App.
