We have started to implement "drumming 🥁" to our fun & fitness program.
The black chairs in front of them are our new set of drums 🤣🤣 oooh yes, having lots of fun tapping and making lots of noise!!!
Who said range of motion exercises was boring!!

Today, I was honoured to attend the Remembrance Day ceremony at The Garden Home in Charlottetown and bring greetings on behalf of the Government of Canada.

It was a moving service filled with reflection, gratitude, and beautiful music by the Prince Edward Island Legion Choir. My sincere thanks to CEO Jason Lee, the staff, residents, and their families for creating such a meaningful occasion to honour those who have served and sacrificed for our country.
