Good afternoon everyone,

We are happy to share that we will be offering multiple group therapies in 2026. These will include a Women's PTSD Recovery Group, a Men's PTSD Recovery Group, and an Anxiety Management Group.

These will begin in January 2026 and will be led by mental health professionals.

Here are some more details:

PTSD Recovery Groups
These groups will cover topics such as:

-Psychoeducation on trauma
-Breathing and Relaxation Skills
-Mindfulness
-Self-talk skills
-Addiction/Relapse Cycle
-Anger Management
-Self- Compassion Skills
-Communication Skills

Easing Worries: An Anxiety Management Group Program
This group will cover topics such as:

-Understanding anxiety and its impact
-Identifying triggers and managing stress
-Building mindfulness and relaxation techniques
-Challenging negative thinking patterns
-Engaging in exposures
