Introducing your facilitators for our first FREE Holistic Postpartum Planning Info Session coming up Saturday Jan 24! 👩🏻🍼
🌸Andréa St. Jules is a holistic birth and postpartum doula and women’s empowerment advocate dedicated to nurturing the new paradigm of sovereign birth and sacred postpartum care.
She recently completed a certificate program with the Sacred Window Studies and is excited to share about ancient Ayurvedic postpartum wisdom and nourishment at this info session!
🌸Makayla Heuvelmans is a postpartum doula dedicated to nurturing women and their growing families. Guided by her motto, “mothering the mother,” she centers her work on compassionate care and practical support, throughout the postpartum transition.
She believes deeply that a strong, intentional community is the foundation of a healthy and supported postpartum experience, and she’ll be sharing all about this on Saturday.
🌸Jen D’Aoust is an autonomous women’s health practitioner and mother whose work is rooted in ancestral, cross-cultural wisdom and grounded in female physiology across the lifespan.
She is devoted to life’s threshold spaces, centering maternal health as the foundation of collective wellbeing and a thriving culture.
🌸Chris Ortenburger is PEI’s wonderful La Leche League volunteer and she’ll be sharing about breastfeeding preparation and support resources on the island.
🌸Nasim Fattahi is the owner of Gentle Beginnings and a midwife with 20 years experience in her native country of Iran.
She’ll be sharing a Persian postpartum dish and talking about the wonderful benefits of Saffron for postpartum support! (See second photo of some traditional Persian dishes)
