The work of Dr Sue Morter came to me exactly when I needed it. Central Channel Breathing and The Energy Codes was pivotal in surviving a very emotionally and physically intense and turbulent time in my life.
My current facilitation is deeply rooted in her shared wisdom.I have deep respect and appreciation for her eloquent and practically concise way of sharing deep concepts and making them real life applicable.
I am sharing her latest Art of Awakening podcast episode as I feel to echos many conversations I have had with people I work with.
An almost universal pattern emerging is the core relationship with self. Using your breath to consciously connect to your self and your body, allowing access to rewiring deep subconscious nervous system adaptive survival patterns has the potential to create radical transformation if you are willing to do the work to shift from the known way of being.
It’s not always neat and tidy. Sometimes it’s downright painful and messy. BUT…( in my opinion… IT IS SO WORTH IT!
The survival ( fight flight freeze fawn etc) state running in your nervous system is a measurable, biological, cellular reality.
Which means healing it at the cellular level is not just emotional work.
It is the most important foundational health investment you can make.
Investing your energy in your personal wellbeing on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level will have a high return on investment.
