1) If you wait for the โfeelingโ of being ready, youโll never move forward. There is no magical recipe to conjure up. You simply must take small, heart-centered actions in a consistent manner towards your goals, to build trust within yourself. As you walk forward, the path appears.

2) Family, intimate, work, strangers on the streetโthey all reflect back the light and the dark. Relationships are connected to the soul purpose of human life. If we can look at them as learning points, through the lens of compassion and curiosity, we can often find deeper connection and satisfaction.

3)I believe optimism is > positivity. Positivity may not always move from a place of authenticity. And the same could be said about optimismโhowever, optimism feels more aligned with building that trust within. Youโve gotten yourself this far! Can you look for the silver lining? Cognitive behavioural strategies suggest that if we challenge the automatic thoughts and replace them with something new, we can create new neural pathways for real change. Optimistic phrases sound like, โThis feeling/experience is painful, and I know that these feelings will passโ.

4)What is behind the workโthe searching, the longing? Are we analyzing every event, every feeling that arises.. or can we sit with the unknown?
Are we so focused on โhealingโ that we miss the entire point? The point being that we have always been enough, as we are right now. The point being that all versions and expressions of โขyโขoโขuโข are sacred.

There is no next level to ascend to, if we do not allow ourselves in the here and now. Can we truly sit in acceptance, sit in the feelings to create space for the darkest parts of ourselves or is the push to feel a push to rid ourselves of that which we do not accept?
