Join the fun of Opening weekend feeling great! REGISTER HERE FOR ALL EVENTS and CLASSES
9 yoga classes, 2 workshops and one Sound Bath (value of $400) for $205.
Free for Sun Peaks Yoga Membership Holders.
This event begins with an early morning yoga series to get your body ready for those first laps! These classes will build strength and mobility in all the muscles groups needed to have fun on the snow. They will end in time to get you to the lift for 8:30 am when they start turning.
Afternoons will offer workshops on Fascia and Mindset to help you care for your whole body to have a nice long winter season.
After lifts close come in for Post Ride Recovery and release any aches and pains so you wake up the next day feeling fresh and ready!
Saturday Night has a Sound Bath paired with Restorative Yoga and Sunday ends with a class taught with a therapeutic approach to yoga for Hips and Knees.

Classes have begun today at the Hearthstone Lodge! next class is Core 4 at 12:15 then Hippy Flow at 5:30 pm ending the full day with Mountain Recovery at 7 pm! Big thank you to the folks who got to join me for the first class!
