I first practiced mediumship readings for friends and family in March 2021 and opened up to the public in September 2021. Sessions can be in person at my studio in Chase BC or over zoom. During a reading, I reach out to spirit to see who is there and to pass along any messages they want to communicate with you. Spirits can include passed loved ones, spirit guides, spirit animals, angels, past life connections and they all share messages and support filled with love and light. I let you decide what messages you want to hear and who you talk to because I am here to serve you and to serve spirit. If you are interested, please send me a message to book a reading.

Hellooooo! I haven't posted in a long while - haven't had the energy with a spicy toddler, buying a new house, moving and settling into the winter holidays.

I felt called to share an experience I had the other day. I was in the hospital for a quick procedure (everything is good) and I was waiting along with two other people. I had some time and reached out to see if these people had spirits with them. The elderly gentleman had a pack of loved ones with him and I had the sense that he wasn't going to stay here for very much longer. The lady beside him unfortunately was alone (later confirmed by a discussion I overheard). Alone in this realm and in the spirit realm. I have never experienced this before. Usually there is always passed loved ones, guides, friends who stay with us regardless of our awareness or connection. I keep wondering how this would happen. She did seem very rude to the surgeons assistant that was there to help her. Maybe she severed all connections somehow? Can you even do that? Why would you want to?

This picture was taken at a circle i shared last week. Had a great realization there too. I feel like I'm finally getting some time to tap in again - after accepting the next level from my spirit guide. "Are you ready?" 😂

There have been some big big happenings in my world lately. I'm doing the work and things are coming to fruition.

Brief update for you guys. I'm working on getting some photos done for Serenity Death Doula Services website - my new business. I'm puttering at creating a new website using Wix. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to create a website or which platforms to create a website please help!

I’m opening up my books again for mediumship readings!

I am also excited to start offering spiritual guidance and mentoring sessions! While mediumship readings focus on connection with our loved ones, these sessions will focus on your spiritual needs. Want to develop your intuition? Mediumship skills? Your own connections to your spirit team? Do you feel emotionally and energetically stuck? I would love to help!

It's that time of year again when our locust tree blooms and we get the most amazing fragrance and the hum of bumble bees 🥰

I love the spring time when things are still green with spring rain and everything is blooming.

I have been working hard on some new mediumship offerings and opening up my death doula business. Raising a strong daughter takes a lot of my focus and energy so it's a lot slower building my work than I am used to. In the slow transition, I am able to really see what feels right and what doesn't. In a world where everything is instant maybe this is just what I needed - a way to slow down to move ahead intuitively.

Happy Mothers Day to all the momma's out there!

Mother's Day is always hard for me because I lost my Mom in 2008 to cancer. I get to write a different script because I'm a mom now. Celebrating this day for her with my little.

During dinner tonight, Addy looks off to her right and starts loudly talking to someone. Kyle says "she is talking to your Mom" and right after that she says Grama for the first time. Well screams it and keeps screaming at her Grama Gloria for the next few minutes 🥹♥️🙏🏼

Adeline is here! Welcome to our family sweet strong girl. ✨🥰✨
Stepping into being her Mom was surreal at first but looking into her soulful eyes it just felt right. My birthing experience was amazing and hard. My ancestors and my spirit guide were there to protect the energy of our birthing space - I didn't even have to ask. And while I didn't take any pain medication for my vaginal birth, I was called to microdose psilocybin and heart plant medicine. I did my homework on this and asked my trusted birth doulas and shamans. I believe that it allowed me to go deep within myself and be present for every contraction, release and know intuitively what I needed to birth Adeline. I don't think I opened my eyes once the pushing started and wore my shades the entire time like a rockstar 😂 Having a kick-ass playlist of music, a birthing comb, acupressure massage and essential oils really helped me to get in the zone and to keep me going. Our medical team at Vernon Hospital was so supportive and everyone took the time to explain each step and to gain consent. My birth Doula was my rock, protector and cheerleader. My husband Kyle was right there with me every step of the way. He didn't get to "catch" her like he wanted to but he did get to cut the cord.
It's been a sleep deprived whirlwind since Addy has come earthside but I wouldn't change it for anything. Love you sweet Adeline! Glad you arrived safely ✨♥️✨

So I guess I have been quiet on this account for some time and wanted to do a bit of an update to let you all know what's going on over here.
The past few months have been a whirlwind supporting family through death and loss and being pregnant and really experiencing all that brings. I am now in my third trimester 34 weeks to be exact. My body is not my own and even though spirit is here supporting me there is little energy or inclination to make the spirit connections I used to. Seasons come and go and spirit connection is like that too. Sometimes I spend a lot of time in connection and other times I need to focus on the physical world, the here and now. Instead of working with my spirit team and guides I have been connecting with baby and geez she is spicy! Her energy is very intense at times and I get very energetically overwhelmed. I am getting back into meditation, even finding pregnancy specific ones. Salt baths aren't as good as they used to be but still work for energy cleansing. Prenatal yoga has been amazing to connect with other Moms and get some physical release.
As my focus has been on my family, I have had to take a step away from mediumship and death doula work for now. I will be back I'm just not sure when. Until then I am excited to meet our baby girl and to be a Mom ♥️💜💛

It's official! Death Doula training is complete 🥳 I'm so excited for this next step and to be able to support my community 🙏🏼♥️
That being said I am taking a break from my mediumship work and focusing on my pregnancy and next steps for my Death Doula journey. Big things are coming!

A Death Doula is someone who helps others in the transition from life into death. Helps advocate, support and educate the death process to the dying person and their people. I feel very honoured to be starting this work 🙏🏼

Happy Imbolc! I regularly work with Brigid so I placed her altar on the dining table, added a pic of the wee one and lit a candle and some amber incense as an offering in honour of her and our connection. Check out my stories to learn more about Imbolc or St Brigids Day. 💚🌾☀️

I have been thinking about furthering my knowledge in the mediumship realm for awhile but I wasn't exactly sure what it was going to entail. I have done a lot of self study and continuous improvement on my own. Last year I expanded my experiences to include a group plant medicine ceremony and starting a mediumship/meditation practice circle with a friend. I am happy to announce that my next step is to complete an online Death Doula training course with Douglas College at the end of February! I know that this knowledge will help me support my mediumship clients even more. Intuitively I know that this is just the beginning, that there is more to this and it will open doors to more knowledge and experiences. I'm so excited for what is to come!
