It's a new and long awaited strength circuit workout. I show you how to do the exercises with modifications during the warm up. It's appropriate as a beginner and bodyweight only workout OR you can use weight and equipment for a big muscle burning, calorie burning experience. It's more faced paced than my usual workout and longer. If you are a beginner, try to finish 1 complete circuit and gradually work up to doing all 3 circuits.
