Thank you so much to everyone who came out yesterday to help search — the turnout and support have been incredible, and I am so grateful.
Sadly, Martie has not been found yet. We did have a second drone out along the river yesterday, and there does appear to be a shape on the riverbed that could possibly be him, but it’s still unclear. I’ll be sending the drone back out later today to try to get a clearer image.
I am also looking into having a kayak team check the area along the river where he may have fallen from the cliffs.
At the same time, there is still a possibility that Martie is lost and wandering, or that he could be trapped or caught somewhere with his collar.
If anyone is able to help by walking/searching in the Smiley Road/Weddells Lake area, it would be greatly appreciated.

🚨 UPDATE SAT. APR.4 NO SIGHTINGS REPORTED FLED HAS SENT OUT REQUEST FOR MORE VOLUNTEERS IF THEY ARE ABLE TO HELP . ALSO THE FELLOW WITH THE DRONE CRASHED IT INTO THE RIVER SO IF ANYBODY SEES A DRONE AND CAN GET GREAT IT MAY HAVE FLOATED ABIT OR SUNK THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR HELP 🚨
