What a beautiful hoop session
i had with all the pretty vibrant leaves
🙏🏻💥🎉
Hooping outside year round
has been incredible from Forest trails
to sandy beaches , log balancing
witnessing wildlife

Hoop a Rama baby
🙏🏻💥🎉⭕️
Even on the darkest days
I am sooooo grateful
for my hoop practice

& am blessed to have taught
soooo many locally & abroad

that know its soooooo much more
than ‘ just hooping’
as most understandably
relate it to childhood play

Alot of hooping
is also off the body with lighter hoops
excellant for flexibility , coordination,
spacial awareness ,
breath work & a awesome stretch prop

When basic waist hooping
is a wee more natural with practice
many besides weight loss ( bonus 💥)
& improved digestion
have profound shifts
& healing can occur

Which is why hooping ,
yes hula hooping
has healed someone who lost a child,
to confidence in the way they
feel in their bodies

Honestly the positive benefits are many ….
