Just popping on to share that my January 2026 schedule is officially open for booking.
Thank you all for being so supportive and patient as my routine evolves, it means more than you know.

My weekly rhythm will stay familiar: 8am starts, RAPID on Tuesdays, Massage on Wednesdays, a mix on Thursdays, and alternating my Mondays & Fridays.

Calling all clients, friends, and community members!

There is a national petition asking the Government of Canada to remove GST/HST from Registered Massage Therapy treatments, recognizing massage therapy as essential healthcare, not a luxury.

As an RMT, I see every single day how impactful this work is for pain, mobility, stress, injury recovery, and overall health. Removing this tax would make access more affordable for so many people across the country.

Friday has brought heartbreak my way, as my family and I are mourning the loss of someone who meant the world to us. 💔

I’m going to take a little time away from the studio to be with my loved ones, process everything, and just breathe for a bit.

If you have an appointment booked with me, please know I’ll be in touch soon to sort out rescheduling.
