🙏 I am so grateful for a decade of learning, collaboration, and having the opportunity to grow my practice.

✨ It is such an honour to be trusted with your care. So many of you have shared your triumphs and sorrows as we work through the things you bring to the table, and I do not take this for granted.✨

I mark this milestone by returning to my roots - my practice thrives in two of my favourite places:

📍Downtown Halifax, where I lived for over 20 years, at Urban Retreat - the clinic where I first worked as a brand new grad, and
📍Chester, my hometown, at Posture Perfect

Today is my first day but I actually worked here 10 years ago as a brand new grad!

It is very exciting to come full circle and be part of the Urban Retreat team again 💃

❓What does the end of the mask mandate mean for your massage❓

Don't let this pic fool you! I will continue to wear a mask while treating 😷

Masking is still recommended by Public Health, Massage Addict and the Massage Therapist Association of NS, but clients do have the option of removing their masks. Of course, you are welcome to keep your mask on if you prefer!

Our admin staff will no longer be wearing masks, but plexiglass will remain in place at the front desk.

We will continue with sanitization measures that have been in place since 2020.

Your comfort and safety continue to be my top priority, and I remain grateful for your support in all the phases of the past 2 years!! 💖
