Multi-level hot yoga classes in a heated studio (between 27°C, and 29°C dry heat), with modifications for all fitness levels.

Zumba Classes at Recreation Centre:
Medium intensity dance fitness held WED evenings @ 7:40 pm, at the Chestermere Recreation Centre (upstairs in Studio #2, beside Twirl Dance).
