Good Morning, and Happy Monday! Can we take a moment to appreciate just how awesome and important our digestive system is? I've taken many certifications involving studying our digestive process, but it never ceases to amaze me that with each course or class I take, I deepen my awareness and understanding of it's intricate inner works.
In-Do-Out
We've all heard "you are what you eat", but did you know that our state of mind when we eat is equally, if not more important as the quality of our nutrition? Of course you did, but are you practicing it? The only part of our digestion that we have control over is our own thoughts and actions in the preparation, chewing and swallowing. Some friendly reminders:

🙏 Grace, however that looks, offer gratitude for the food and Source.
🤗 Take your time to notice the colours and arrangement of the food.on your plate
🥰 Savour the flavours! Take your time and chew your food thoroughly! Drink your food, chew your drink
Adequate mastication and salivary are important to sent the proper signals the rest of the digestive organs to do their thing. If our thoughts are on stresses then digestion will also be affected. But more on tho we later. For now, remember all our body systems rely on effective digestion of nutrients to sufficiently fuel us on all levels, physical, emotional, mentally, energetically!
