Ben is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with a special interest in geriatric care, fibromyalgia, and chronic pain. His approach is grounded in a simple idea: when the nervous system is overloaded, the body struggles to heal. Helping people relax deeply and safely is often the first step toward lasting change.
He uses a mix of Swedish massage, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, trigger point work, relaxation, and lymphatic drainage, tailoring each session to the person on the table rather than a template.
Outside the clinic, Ben is happiest somewhere near nature, ideally close to the ocean. He enjoys surfing when conditions allow, learning languages, and spending time with music, particularly classical. Having grown up playing violin and cello, music remains an important part of how he understands rhythm, pacing, and relaxation.
Ben also takes a strong interest in mental health and its relationship to physical pain, while always working within the scope of massage therapy. This perspective informs his calm, supportive approach to care and his focus on helping clients feel safe, regulated, and understood.
