I'm finishing up a week of some beautiful training this week and want to appreciate my clients, especially for understanding when I need to take time to learn and experience for myself more healing. I am continuing to do my own work on a continual basis and experience the highs and lows of what that entails.
This week, I've felt I've leaned even deeper into reassociating what was dissociated. I've connected with a part of myself that was deeply suffering. It's a beautiful experience to be able to connect with these lost and exiled parts of ourselves and it often brings with it a reclamation of childlike parts such as awe, joy, curiosity and presence.
The journey towards self-connection and self-healing is transformational and the results speak for themselves. I'm so grateful I get to be in this life-changing changing work and see the process unfold for so many courageous souls brave enough to embark on it.
This is a picture I took of a Eucalyptus deglupta tree.
"Every season, these trees shed their old rinds, revealing a new variegated layer of oranges, blues, and greens. It's magical, not to mention beautiful, especially since the tree's shelling will never look exactly the same over the years" ( https://www.housebeautiful.com/lifestyle/a30896733/rainbow-eucalyptus-trees/)
My hope for you all is that you continue to experience the shedding of old rinds to reveal the magic and color underneath.
