Why so many vitamins? And why in a patch form? For me, it’s , , and all in a form!
If you have nutritional deficiencies and you take a multivitamin to correct it… you will get there eventually. It will be a slow process, and it also requires a decent diet but if you want to pull yourself out of a strong deficiency you need to address it by doing a bit extra.
Let’s say you have a B3, or B6, or B7 deficiency…. If you take a BComplex, all of your B’s will come up slowly but to really become less symptomatic or deficient, you should probably get the B you specifically need, or take it in patch form. The patch vitamins bypass your digestive system, and go straight into the bloodstream. Your absorption will be much better when it doesn’t have to go through a digestive system that could be impaired. Many people have fatty liver which impairs the digestive system, some people don’t have a gallbladder which impairs the digestive system, some people need digestive enzymes because their peristalsis and absorption functions in their stomach and intestines is low, some people’s good gut bacteria is low, which also impairs the digestive system. There’s actually not a lot of people that have an optimally functioning digestive system. You either need to be taking digestive enzymes at the same time as your vitamins and food, or you need to have a really great system to properly absorb the vitamins and minerals in your food and supplements.
Any time a bottle says take 1 capsule, I would challenge that and say maybe 2! It really depends on where you are with your deficiency. Sometimes it’s best to split up your dose and take one in the morning and one in the afternoon but otherwise sometimes you can get away with taking two at once.
I still take capsules, as well as liquids, as well as gummy‘s, but one of my preferred ways to take vitamins is in a patch!
