A year ago today...I went into full-time private practice!!!

It was time to move on from working in systems (health care, mental heath, substance use and corrections) that are broken. Systems that had me feeling defeated, beat up and tied down. Where the work was more about politics, complex barriers, paper work and struggling staff then about those we strived to help. I was terrified, excited and unsure but I took a risk, left it behind and believed in myself!!

Fast forward one year....My counselling practice is thriving, my clients are amazing and I am beyond blessed to do this impactful work. I couldn't be more thrilled! Thank you to everyone who has supported me on this journey!! I look forward to many more years of Olive Branch Counselling!!
