The lateral line on a coho salmon. Can you relate?
Salmon have something called a lateral line, a very acute sense that helps them feel tiny shifts in the water around them. It’s how they read the currents, avoid danger, stay in tune with their environment, and swim closely together in tight schools.
We don’t have a lateral line, but we do have something like it: intuition, emotions, body signals. The little cues that tell us when something’s off, or when we’re pushing too hard, when we feel the weight of stress, or when the vibe in a room shifts.
Are you picking up on some of these cues? And if you are, what are you doing about it ?
The more aware we become of the “currents” around us and inside us, the smoother we can navigate life, and the better we can handle the challenges and difficulties.
Maybe we can help you be more in tune with your “lateral line”, and help you develop the tools to navigate through what it’s telling you.
