This year, I’m reminding myself (and you) that wellness isn’t about perfection

Cranberry Pecan Boursin Cheese Ball

Ingredients
• 1 package Boursin cheese (garlic & herb works great)
• 1 cup shredded white cheddar
• 2–3 tbsp green onions, finely chopped
• 1–2 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
• ½ cup dried cranberries, finely chopped
• ½ cup pecans or pistachios, finely chopped (or a mix)
• Optional: pinch of black pepper

Instructions
1. Mix the base
In a medium bowl, combine the Boursin cheese, shredded white cheddar, green onions, chives, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
2. Shape the log
Place the cheese mixture onto a sheet of parchment or plastic wrap. Shape into a log, roll tightly, and refrigerate for 30–60 minutes to firm up.
3. Coat the log
On a plate, mix the chopped cranberries with the chopped pecans/pistachios. Roll the chilled cheese log in the mixture, gently pressing so it sticks.
4. Chill & serve
Refrigerate until ready to serve (up to 24 hours).

Serving Ideas
• Serve with crackers, crostini, apple slices, or seeded flatbread
• Drizzle lightly with honey for a sweet-savory touch
• Slice into rounds or serve whole with a cheese knife
