Rest & Rewire returns this March, landing right at the astrological new year .. a powerful threshold where we move out of winter’s inwardness and into the season of growth, intention, and renewal.
This is a potent time to practice Yoga Nidra. As nature begins to awaken, deep rest helps clear old patterns, regulate the nervous system, and plant intentional seeds in the subconscious .. allowing growth to emerge from a place of safety, not force.
This series is designed to support deep nervous system regulation, soften chronic stress patterns, and gently rewire subconscious habits ..especially potent as we step into a new seasonal cycle.
No yoga experience is required. Beginner-friendly, accessible to all bodies, and primarily practiced lying down or fully supported.

One of the most important lived experience and lesson from yoga and meditation might not be just how amazing it feels physically, but how it can teach one to sit still in times of discomfort. To sit with the 💩.
To be able to explore the dark corners that might be filled with grief, ugliness, despair, anger, hurt, shame….you name it. It will always meet you where you’re at.
