Rest & Rewire: A 4-Week Yoga Nidra & Restorative Series (Pre-registered series)
Dates: Jan 7, 14, 21, 28 (Wednesdays)
Time: 7:00pm - 8:15pm

This 4-week immersion invites students into a sanctuary of stillness and renewal. Each session blends Yoga Nidra, restorative postures, sound healing, breath-work, and guided journaling to support nervous system regulation and gently reprogram limiting subconscious patterns.

We'll explore the traditional roots of Yoga Nidra and how intention (Sankalpa) can shift subconscious programming and open pathways for healing, rest, and transformation.

Students will learn to:
- Understand the layers of the mind and how subconscious beliefs are formed
- Use intention to awaken new patterns of thought and behavior
- Access deep states of rest where true integration occurs
- Reconnect with their inner wisdom through sound, stillness, and reflection

This is more than a relaxation series..it's an inner re-wiring journey designed to help participants come home to themselves.

Investment: $145 for the full 4-week series (no drop-ins).
