Joy Farms

Joy Farms 1/4 acre farm located on Skowkale First Nation in the Stò:lō Nation Territory, uses organic farmin I use organic farming methods for food produced sustainably.

Joy Farms, feeding our people, providing affordable, organic food, traditional medicine, food preservation, knowledge on organic farming and food and nutrition to the Sto:lo Nation communities. It is important to know where your food is coming from and what is in it. One of our Sto:lo laws says "S'olh temexw te ikw' elo. Xolhmet te mekw' stam it kwelat" (this our land we have to take care of everything that belongs to us), for me this means our people and our land. I believe we can achieve this with organic farming and keeping our people healthy. My farm is open to anyone who wants to come out and help or learn.
