We're so thankful when clients take the time to share their experience. It reminds us why we do what we do; to make hearing care feel personal, comfortable, and clear.
“I have been going to Beltone for approximately 10 years. During that time, Beltone has been nothing but professional. In the past, they showed me nothing but loyalty. Maintaining my warranty for any (and I mean any) problems I had. They even fixed my hearing aids while I was stuck in the hospital and did not charge me even though my warranty was done at that time. I went back and made an appointment this year to look at all of their new products. They explained everything about all the products I was interested in. We even went for a walk so that I could try the new products (AI technology) out. As this was happening, Scott had my old hearing aids cleaned. In casual talk, I told Scott that I had to go back to the hospital (second surgery) and was concerned about the new hearing aids sitting for a time at home. Scott asked me about my old hearing aids (~ 5 years old), and I told him the charger was dying (thus why it was time to get new ones). He just stood up, said he would be right back, and when he returned, handed me a new charger (free of cost) for my old hearing aids. He said now I won’t have to worry about bringing hearing aids to the hospital, (whether I bought new hearing aids or not). I said “should I buy new ones now or later.” Scott explained it didn’t matter with no pressure. Anyways, the new hearing aids were so good, I decided to get them now (Christmas present to myself). You cannot beat loyalty like that, and personally, it is something that I think most businesses today lack. Beltone truly does care about its clients.”
