Want a breakfast that’s nourishing and pretty? 🥑

Try my GF, DF, RSF version of Cheddar Bay biscuits topped with a mixture of creamy hummus (page 25 of The Refined Table cookbook), smashed avocado and a spoon of salsa. Top it with pea, radish & lentil sprouts plus alfalfa. Simple ingredients with lots of flavour!

Craving potato salad without the potato’s ?
Grab your favorite potato salad recipe (mine is on page 63 of my cookbook), swap out the potato’s for roasted cauliflower, add chickpeas for additional protein and enjoy!
