Cascade is excited to welcome Jaia Hernandez to the team!

Bio below:

Jaia Hernandez is a recent Langara College graduate, currently offering non-registered massage while preparing for her board exams. She is passionate about helping clients improve comfort, mobility, and overall well-being through personalized care.

Before pursuing massage therapy, Jaia worked for five years as a phlebotomist at Delta Hospital, where she developed empathy, clear communication, and patient-centred care. Her own experience with injury gave her insight into the patience and support needed during healing, strengthening her ability to provide individualized care and deepening her commitment to helping clients notice even small improvements.

Outside of work, Jaia enjoys thrifting, rock climbing, snowboarding, and weightlifting, and loves incorporating movement and activities that bring her joy.

Rebecca is a 2025 graduate of the Registered Massage Therapy program and is currently offering unregistered massage as she awaits provincial registration. With over 12 years of experience as a Certified Dental Assistant, her passion for patient-centered care naturally evolved into a deeper focus on therapeutic touch.

Born and raised in Chilliwack, BC, Rebecca believes that movement is life and that every body—regardless of ability—deserves support in finding ease and connection. Her relaxation-first approach creates a sense of safety in the body, building trust and allowing for deeper, more focused treatment when appropriate. Rooted in her local community, she offers personalized care tailored to each client’s unique needs.

About me

Growing up in Chilliwack I alway knew that whatever career I pursued I needed to be able to interact and help people from all walks of life. Overtime my passion evolved into treating the human body and I wanted to be able to approach helping others with multiple tools. Thats how I came to my decision to become a chiropractor.

I love my job. I love meeting new people, watching and helping them heal. It’s important to me that I am doing everything I can for my patients. I am an outcomes based professional and that essentially means I want to see improvements. And if those improvements aren’t occurring within a few treatments I will be trying and researching others way I can help or referring out for ways other health care professionals can help.

I treat everything from the TMJ and back to upper and lower extremities. The services I provide are:
