Many view surgery as the ultimate fix for their pain and don't give non-invasive methods a chance. If it's the strongest, why bother with anything else? One problem... Often times, surgical outcomes are worse than non-surgical ones, if they even help at all.

Muscles don't have a mind of their own. They do what they're told. Simply releasing muscles, stretching them, etc. rarely has any effect on what they're being told to do by the brain. Neurological corrections are usually key for lasting change. Seeing muscle function and tone change dramatically without releasing them never gets old.

What is RAPID Neurofascial Reset?
RAPID is a type of massage that treats aches and pains by focusing on the nerves rather than muscle tissue.

It’s a lotion-free technique, so the client remains clothed, and the treatment is movement-based to encourage the client to perform active motion.

The purpose of RAPID is to reset nerve hypersensitivity back to neutral. The high intensity of the technique along with the client’s active movements allows the body to downgrade pain and reprogram sensory information processed by the brain. This then causes an immediate change in how the body responds to what it’s now feeling. It’s for this reason that treatment lengths are shorter and the results last longer. Movement and return to activity are highly encouraged after a RAPID treatment to reinforce the changes created by the body.

RAPID doesn’t physically alter tissues, it’s just changing the information from the nerves, so it’s able to be used for many conditions and contributes greatly to faster healing
