Today we were blessed to have a cultural presentation on the country of China. We were educated about calligraphy, shadow puppets, the importance of silk within this rich culture. We were delighted by station where we could learn to and help make the dumplings and followed that with a feast of delicious dishes from Rice balls, candied fruit, wonderful drinks and of course - dumplings
