One is to celebrate the incredible strength and impact of all women in our community and another to help support your mental wellness.

🌸 Internation Women's Day at the Social Centre in Claresholm - Sunday, March 8th
In honor of women’s achievements and resilience, gather together to recognize and uplift the amazing women who inspire change every day. Together, let's celebrate empowerment, connection, and community.

🧠 Stavely Strong Presents Bob Wilkie & the documentary "Sideways" at the Stavely Community Centre - Monday, March 9th
Let’s open the conversation around mental health, reduce stigma, and share resources that help us all take better care of ourselves and one another. Expect supportive discussions, helpful tools, and a welcoming space for everyone.

Both events are about building support, sharing positivity, and reminding each other that no one has to walk their journey alone.

Spread Kindness! 💕

What we could all use a little more of these days is love and kindness and next week is Kindness Week!

You may notice some local businesses joining in by decorating and helping spread the love around town. We are so grateful for those who are participating!

We’ll be doing kindness shout-outs all week long and we need your help to make it happen.

Is there someone awesome you’d like to recognize?
Did you witness a random act of kindness?
Receive amazing service somewhere?
See someone go out of their way to brighten someone’s day?
