I have new followers, so I want to take some time to reintroduce myself. I am Hope Cotter, I was born in Claresholm and raised on a ranch outside of Claresholm. I graduated from WCCHS and went to nursing school and became a Registered Nurse. After a few years and adventures with my nursing, I was burning out and was introduced to Manual Osteopathy, by a friend who was taking the course. After experiencing a few treatments and seeing how it was helping my body I made the leap to enroll and take the course at the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada. I graduated in 2023 with honors and started my practice in Claresholm, so that I could start helping others in my community and they don't have to go all the way to Lethbridge or Calgary for a treatment! Innervation in the Quadrangular & Triangular Space of the Shoulder:

“The axillary and radial nerves branch from the posterior cord of the brachial plexus. They innervate muscles of the posterior shoulder and upper arm, respectively, and give off cutaneous branches as well. The radial nerve continues deep to the intermuscular septum (between the medial head of the triceps and brachialis) to innervate the posterior forearm and hand.”
