Tight between those shoulder blades? 🤔

This is probably our most requested treatment, and very common for so many! As our posture gets more rounded forward, our pecs get short and tight, and our muscles in between the shoulders get lengthened and weak, causing more “knots” and restrictions. And can be very annoying!
