New Years Sound Bath –
A New Year sound bath is a meditative event using instruments like singing bowls to create vibrations for relaxation, intention-setting, and releasing the past year's negativity, helping participants reset and welcome fresh energy with calm, clarity, and focus for the new year ahead. These sessions often combine deep breathing, gentle movement, and reflection to support mental and physical healing, making them popular around the holidays for self-care and spiritual renewal.
