Due to the uncertainty of the summer ahead, and so many affected by this pandemic facing many insecurities, we feel cancelling this years MLF tournament is the responsible choice to make. We will miss seeing family and friends come together in Mary Lynne's honour.
We have been so moved by the spirit of kindness in our community and we are beyond grateful for your support each year of our fundraising goals. Having said that we have decided to move forward with the fundraising portion of the MLF Tournament.
We are pleased to announce the funds raised in the MLF fundraiser will go to a new Transport Ventilator for the Mount Forest Louise Marshall Hospital.
The Transport Ventilator is a life support breathing machine used for patients in medical distress. This particular ventilator works with the patient, so if the patient begins to breath on their own the machine will adjust accordingly.
Over the past 15 years the MLF Tournament has raised over $793,000.00. It is times like these that make it very clear how important it is to keep healthcare close to home.
