Your experiences, your belief systems, your perceptions, your passions, your strengths, your skills, your challenges...the list goes on. This energy is what feeds our body with life force (or Qi). Our life experiences (physical, emotional, environmental, stressors, trauma) can change the natural flow of your energy pathways. If your energy flow is out of alignment, it can lead to symptoms or dis-ease over time. Bodytalk invites you on guided journey of self discovery and self healing. Each session focuses on re-establishing communication within the body, to address issues at their root, synchronize its function, and bring balance throughout to support all levels of you.
