The Clinton Family Health Team consists of an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers. Our team includes 7 Family Physicians, 3 Nurse Practitioners, 6 Registered Nurses, 5 Registered Practical Nurses, Social Worker, Mental Health Worker, Dietitian, Psychologist, and Pharmacist. We also have numerous Medical students and residents working with our team. The Clinton Family Health Team service

Starting July 2026, we are bringing our speech therapy services directly to your front door. We are officially expanding our in home sessions to cover Huron and Perth Counties.

We will be visiting families in:
Huron County: Goderich, Clinton, Seaforth, Exeter, Zurich & Hensall
Perth County: Dublin & Mitchell
