We are back with some happy news!

As of June 30 we are entering Phase 2 of reopening, which means we are allowed to resume *some* personal care services. In light of this, please continue to be patient with us as we get organized and prepared to welcome you back. If you had missed an appointment during the lockdown, you will be contacted to rebook. We will work hard to get everyone in and accounted for as soon as possible.

** At this time, any services requiring the removal of a mask are not permitted. Those will be contacted and rebooked once those services are green lit. **

Thank you so much for all of your enthusiasm to get back to see us, and we can’t wait to see you all either!

Hello to all our wonderful clients.
With Stage 1 set to start June 11, we have been receiving lots of phone calls and are just as excited to see you all! However, a gentle reminder that personal care services cannot open until Stage 2, and we must wait for that announcement. Thank you so much for all of your enthusiasm, we can’t wait to see you all soon.

Back so soon with an update!

It was announced today that Spas are allowed to begin offering personal care services again starting Friday June 12th with some service restrictions.This is such wonderful news! However, with that being said, and as referenced in our last post, we will be taking a bit of time to get organized until we are 100% prepared to see all of your smiling faces again. We are working with the Health Unit to set in place new protocols and procedures, as well as to get educated on the new guidelines. Safety is of the utmost concern!

Please be patient with us as our Estheticians begin to get in touch with clients when the time is right, as it will be a little overwhelming at first. They will be working backwards off of lists of those who had been canceled on in March, April and May, and slowly begin seeing everyone as soon as possible.

Dear Clients and Friends,

We have missed all of our regular visits, as our connection to our clients is a heartfelt one.

The governing body of Registered Massage Therapists has recently lifted restrictions that have prohibited the practice of Massage Therapy in Ontario, which means we have permission to gradually re-enter practice.

At this point in time, we are doing our best to wrap our heads around all of the new protocols we must enforce to keep everyone safe. We are getting educated and equipped to manage these changes because we will go to the ends of the Earth to keep our clients safe and healthy. For this reason, we have made the informed and admittedly difficult decision to DELAY re-opening. Only opening our doors when we feel 100% ready is of critical importance to us. Please be patient with us as we get oriented.

Over the next few weeks you may be contacted by your attending massage therapist. Initially, emergency and high needs care will be prioritized. We will slowly be able to expand our practices in a controlled fashion. Ideally, we would love to see everyone immediately, however we will do the absolute best that we can.

ALSO: At this time, all Esthetic services are still prohibited. We will keep you updated as we learn more in the future.

Dear Cornerstone Clients,

Our previous hopes of seeing you soon have now changed. With the new mandate, we will be closed for another 2 weeks. With more information at that time, we will revisit the situation with guidance from our Government.

We hope you are all staying safe and healthy.

To our wonderful clients here at the Cornerstone Spa,

This past week has been very challenging for everyone. We have been taking all precautions to protect the health of our staff and our clients and have been examining our options of staying open.

However, at this time due to the current situation surrounding the COVID19 outbreak, we have made the decision that it is best to close our doors starting today for remainder of this week, and for the upcoming week of March 20-28. On Sunday March 29, following the updates provided by our Government, we will review and make an informed decision of what to do next. If you currently have an appointment booked with us, we will be in touch shortly.

In the meantime, we hope you can discover new ways of selflove and selfcare in the safety of your own home. Until we can see you again in person to pamper you!

We hope this all blows over soon, and we can all get back to a sense of normalcy as soon as possible.
