Relaxational massages are also available in our comfortable private clinic rooms. Manual lymph drainage and decompression therapy is used on a variety of conditions such as post surgery swelling and immobility, lymphedema, and swelling from accidents or injury.

●what is my biggest dream?
● if I could do anything, what would it be?
Then sit with those thoughts. Soak them in. Smell them. taste them. Feel them. Find people that share your visions. The how to get there will come to you. Dream big and live well in 2025 and beyond!🥰

Did you know that the lymphatic system plays an instrumental role in maintaining your health?

The lymphatic system is our body’s sewerage system. It maintains fluid levels in your body tissues by removing the fluids that leak out of your blood vessels.

✨The lymph nodes monitor the lymph flowing into them and produce cells and antibodies that protect you from infection and disease.

✨The spleen and the thymus are lymphatic organs that monitor the blood and detect and respond to pathogens and malignant cells.

✨The lymphatic system plays an important role in the absorption of fats from the intestine.

When the lymphatic system is not formed well or has been damaged by surgery, radiotherapy or tissue damage, a swelling of a body part may occur (most likely in the arms or legs). Lymphedema occurs when this swelling lasts more than three months. If the lymphatic system is not functioning well it may have a role in obesity, Crohn’s disease and many other disorders.

☀️NRG Sanctuary is a vacation/wellness rental run by Linda Birch, a Registered Massage Therapist that specializes in manual lymph drainage and complete decongestive therapy. Linda is a holistic health therapist, also providing Wellness Coaching, Bodywork and Myofascial Release Therapy.
