Artemis' journey into natural medicine began through semi-professional athletics in two different sports. Years of competition forged deep understanding of the body's physiological demands and exposed the limitations of conventional care, leading her to pursue seven years of advanced study in Herbal Medicine and Clinical Nutrition across Western Herbalism, Ayurveda, Greek Humoral and Traditional Chinese Medicine modalities.

Artemis specializes in athlete performance, injury prevention, and recovery. Her expertise extends to **chronic conditions and complex wellness protocols, integrating custom herbal formulations with precision nutrition and therapeutic movement.

Inspired by the ancient Greek healing traditions of Asclepius, her practice treats root causes not just symptoms. The body holds an inherent blueprint for healing. Artemis' work is to help you access it.
