January 1, 2026, there will be a $5.00 price increase on all services. All prices include HST, and the picture below shows the update. I do not like increasing my prices, but this helps me keep up with rising business costs.

☀️ It’s summer vacation time!!!! ☀️

Mike and Sara will be away from August 9th until August 19th! (Mike will be in for a few clients on Saturday August 16th) All messages will be answered once we return.

Northern Pine Massage Therapy will be working as usual! If you have an appointment booked, the front door will be unlocked at the time of your scheduled appointment.

We will have the lovely Rebecca opening up reception on Thursday August 14th! 😁 Reception will be closed all other days though.

My Story

Shannara Labelle-Beadman, RMT is a self-employed, Registered Massage Therapist, in Cochrane, Ontario. She is a proud graduate of the Georgian College Massage Therapy Program and a registered member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, as well as the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario. During treatment she utilizes a combination of orthopedic physical assessment, evidence-based research, home care, stretching and remedial exercise to create treatment plans, tailored to each clients individual needs.

Shannara continues to expand her knowledge in order to serve her clients better by frequently taking continuing education courses and reading medical journals daily. Her most recent continuing education courses were Soft Tissue Assisted Release Certificate (Nov 2017) and completing her Reiki Master. (2017-2018).

Shannara enjoys all the north has to offer when it comes to outdoor activities! She can often be found horseback riding on her trusty steed Okie, hiking, kayaking, fishing, snowshoeing, or walking with her pup Re*****on.
