HERE’S HOW:⬇️⬇️

Life’s busy right? We finish one thing and rush to the next. Constantly trying to be efficient, productive, and feel accomplished.
🫣What if I told you this mindset is causing you more stress, than doing you good…

Think about it… laundry, kids activities, driving, cooking, etc. Life is about rituals— not about rushing. When did we decide success is measured by how much we can get done? I certainly have fallen into this trap of rushing around, never being able to just be still…

👉Self Reflection: understanding why you measure success with productivity. What triggers you to think that filling up your schedule & rushing through every task is good.
👉 Nervous System Work: grounding yourself in breath, and slowing down. Dedicating time, and space to do things at ease- not in an overwhelming panic. Breathwork, Therapy, Massage Therapy; these can help you shift out of sympathetic (fight/fight) nervous system & into the parasympathetic (rest&digest).
👉 Romanticize Life: to aid in taking it easy Always try to make those everyday tasks more enjoyable! I do this by playing soft ambient music, lighting a candle or letting my body feel safe & have space to move & flow.
